To make around 6-10 medium sized buckwheat crêpes

1. Weigh 200g of Buckwheat, 200g water & 2g salt

2. Mix thoroughly until you get a dough-like consistency

3. Store in an air-tight container overnight

4. Add 160g water & 20g sunflower oil and mix for 3 mins

5. Make sure it’s a nice smooth batter

6. Pour a spoonful of batter into a hot + well greased pan

7. Share some snaps @crepeaffaire
