The Crêpeaffaire Gluten Free Buckwheat video galette recipe

Have you tried our delicious gluten free and vegan galette? If you want to create this special galette at home, it has never been so easy! Just follow our recipe and watch our video:


  • 250g organic Buckwheat flour*
  • 250ml water
  • 5g salt


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  2. Let the batter rest, ideally for 12 hours
  3. After 12 hours add 50ml of water and a teaspoon of vegetable oil
  4. Oil a pan and when it is very hot spread the batter evenly on it
  5. Add any savoury or sweet toppings; ingredients you like
  6. Enjoy!
